The plan illustrate an industrial area in the town of Norbition, and planned future changes of the site. The one feature that stand out is construction of the new building, such as playground, school, shops and medical center.
It is clear that roads was build between the river while the factory was dug up and paved over to allow for the recreational area and school to be open The some rows of deteched houses were construct and extend. The medical centre was build in an empty place which close to tracced hoses.
The factory locatd at the bottom of the map, were demolished and replaced by a shops. The roads was later extanded to occupy the area previously taken up by factory area. Although the farmland were pull down there the housing and road were add in over the river. As a result farmland was moved out the right of the housing next to the river.
