The map show an industrial zone in a town called Norbiton as it is now and after refurbishment.
Overall, according to the prososed plans, this area will become increasingly populated, with the construction of a large number of houses and the introduction of facilities for entertainment, education, commercial ard medical purposes .
At present, there is a roundabout in the center surrounded by factories, a road leading to the east. with factories on either site and a main road in the south of the map. In the north, a river runs from West to East with farmland situated to it north.
Regarding the future, around the noundabout new houses and Some shops will be built to replace the factories, while the medical cente will be car constructed to the southeast. There will be two new road splitting off from the roundabout with houses along them, while a new smaller roundabout will be built in the south. The eastern read will have housing. on either side, a playgound to the north, and a school at the end of it. In the north, the agricultural land will be reduced in size to make way for houses and a bridge will be constructed allowing access to this new residential area.
