The maps illustrate how a small island has been developed from 1980 to present days.
Overall, it can be observed that the island has experienced considerable modifications with the introduction of six new facilities for tourists’ comfort.
Looking at the maps in more detail, small huts for accommodating visitors can be seen in the westward of the island. This change has been accompanying with two restaurants in the middle of the island, which are located nearby to reception building. Notably, several huts are built to the east of land, as well. It is worth noting that before these developments, the island was completely bare apart from a few trees.
Moreover, on the west of the land, a designated swimming area near to the beach has been added for tourists. There are is also a footpath which connects the huts, and vehicle track linking the pier with the reception and restaurants. Clearly, there has been located a pier on the south of the island, where boats can dock.
