The maps illustrate an island in 1980 and its current state after redevelopment.
Overall, the east side of the island has been substantially renovated including more facilities for customers, while the west part has mostly remained the same. Several constructions have been replaced with modern amenities and a new access path was built.
In 1980, there were two main entertainments for customers, such as swimming in the beach in the west and sailing accessible by pier in the south. The customers could accommodate in houses in the west and east side of the island connected by footpaths. There was a reception zone in the central area and a restaurant in the north, both accessible by a vehicle track.
Currently, at the place of the eastern accommodation zone a new pool has been constructed with an apartment block near. Additionally, the customers now can learn diving at a newly built diving school and do surfing at the beach in the northeastern side of an island. As an additional access path for clients, there was a boardwalk constructed from the northeast to the southeast coast. Also, now it is possible for customers to enjoy a range of restaurants and do shopping at a new facility built on the place of the previous restaurant.
