The map illustrates the changes occured on an island from 1980 to today.

Overall, it is clearly noticeable that the island witnessed a significant modernisation on the its infrastructure, we notice a boardwalk construction in today’s map that have not existed ealier, in addition to a pool in the middle near the reception. Whereas, some details did not shift our the years, such as the reception, salling, pier locations.

In 1980, the map was slightly simple, there was a couple of accomodation right and left the island’s center where the restaurant and the reception are situated. Furthermore, the footpaths and vehicule track that was not much widespaced along the island.

Today’s map depict new modern changes all over the island’s surface, like the transformation of the left accomodation to an entertainment space “a pool”. The restaurant is now developed to shops and restaurants, it is also notable, the construction of a diving school in the northen right side with apartments just aside beign linked with footpath to facilate the predestrian’s walk. A slightly high boardwalk was also constructed so they avoid the drownhill of the surf beach, which does not existed back then.
