In the northern areas of the city, a train station has been replaced by a new police station, and it moved to the north of the bike rental scheme, with a modernization. In the northwestern corner of the city, a building of a hall of residences has taken place to make living opportunities. A university has remained untouched in the north, and trees have been cut down to make way for a new shopping centre to the east of it. To link the university and the city centre, a new tramline has been featured, and an airport is under construction to the east of it.
