The maps illustrate changes in layout revealed by recent archaeological findings at a historical site between 2004 and 2014.
Overall, the area underwent extensive residential development, primarily characterized by the introduction of new housing complexes and pedestrian walkways. These macro-developments effectively reshaped the landscape, with several existing features being replaced or relocated, of =ten at the expense of previously vacant land and natural green spaces and forestry.
Regarding the top half of the map, significant alterations can be observed in the period shown. Ancient toilets have been erected on what was previously vacant land in the North of the map. Some mountains previously occupying the top right corner have given way to a cluster of ancient houses. A part of the forest modern a brand-new ancient stadium has been erected, superseding the old trees.
Turning to the remaining part of the map, which comprises the bottom half of the map, additional developments have occurred. A new ancient palace sprang up in the South of the map. The ancient temple managed to survive the redevelopment, remaining in its original position. In stark contrast to these major modifications, some trees located in the bottom-left corner of the map were left entirely untouched by the architectural changes.
