The plan depicts both present and future advancement for the middle of a small town named Berkshire.

Overall, compared to the current and future maps, Berkshire has undergone some dramatic changes from being a rural town to an urban area in the coming times. Furthermore, there will be more residential areas and roads. However, farms will decrease, while a recreational centre will be constructed.

Firstly, at the top right, Griffiths Farm was removed, and a supermarket will be constructed. Moreover, Hoolahan Farm, which is in the centre-right of the chart, will be replaced by a car park. Whereas, the Farmer’s Market beside Corbie Road will no longer exist in the future.

Furthermore, there will be a roundabout at the intersection of Megoldrick and that street. Corbie Road will be expanded beyond that street. At the bottom right, the open field will be used as the Sports Center. In addition, shops will be transformed into more houses. Nevertheless, the public park will remain unchanged.
