Outlined in the following maps are the current appearance and future modernizations of the inner part of the Birshire city.
Overall, the western part of the town will be changed into a more residential territory, where the number of accommodations will be doubled. In addition, the route of the roads will be extended.
Initially, at the present there is a Griffiths farm in the north-east corner of the city, which is located nearby the intersection of Corbie Road and That Street. Moving clockwise another farm, named Hoolahan Farm can be observed. Below it, the public park and open field are located on the left and right accordingly. After crossing the McGoldrick Road there is a range of shops and residents to the north surrounding the cite. In the junction of Corbie and McGoldrick there is a Farmer’s Market.
On the other hand, substantial alteration will be modified in the near future. Having been demolished, the shops located in the south-west of the inner-city, will have been remodeled by additional dwelling houses. All 3 farms will be removed, with additional supermarket adjoining That Street. Car park will have been reconstructed in the place of Hollahan farm. Additionally, the Open field, located in the south-eastern part of the town will be replaced with sports center.
