The presented figures indicate the current and projected maps of a small city named Islip. Here, a summary of the data on the maps, as well as some comparisons, are presented.
As demonstrated in the current map, the Islip town centre possess only some shops between countryside and housing spaces, and the main road is the only straight way to reach them. Moreover, access to the school and the park is not straightforward. As indicated in the diagram related to the planned map for the development of this town centre, a round road similar to a square, sorrounds the main spaces, including shops, housing, park, and school. Accordingly, it is obvious that reaching these features is simpler than before. In addition, with the implementation of this plan, the establishment of some other features, such as bus station, a large shopping centre, a car park next to the shopping centre, new housing lands, and a space available for pedestrians, is possible. Additionally, the countryside is used in better ways and for constructing the square and the mentioned locations.
In conclusion, it is evident that the development plan for this tiny city is effective and lucrative, and more facilities are provided for the community.
