The map illustrates how the city of Harton evolved between 2008 and 2016.
Overall the city of Harton is divided by a river that starts from the Wooland near the Harton city. While the starting point of this river was a lake in the northeaster side of the city back in 2008, 8 years later only a small pond has remained. At the same time, the south part of the woodland has been replaced by an extension of the industrial complex that was located near the green area. This industrial region has expanded significantly, acquiring more than 3 times its initial size throughout the years. Additionally, it has led to the vanishment of one of the three residential areas located in the south of Harton city.
The landscape of the northwest side of the city has also altered as Harton entered its industrial era. The second residential city block, located near the river, has been replaced by a shopping center, leaving a single residential block in the far northwest of the city. Near the residential area, the city has transformed into a modern suburn, with the old school being replaced by the university of Harton and the city offices, and the warehouses by a parking center. Finally, as the city of Harton evolved, so did the means of entertainment, depicted by the transformation of the arts centre into a multi-screen cinema.
Overall, the landscape of the city of Harton has changed drastically. The green area has been restricted by the need of industrial expansion, and the overall city of Harton has transformed into a modern suburb.
