The maps below illustrate the changes that took place in a town after the construction of a hydroelectric power dam between 1990 and 2010.
Overall , this area underwent several dramatic changes , the most important of which were the appearance of a lake and the addition of many electricity stations.
Firstly looking at the center of the map, there was a demolition of an ancient structure , along with the disapearance of many rare flora and fauna and the irrigated farmlands on the opposite side to make way for the big lake. There were also differences in the southwest of the town , with the addition of many electricity stations along the river to meet the needs of their villagers. Additionally , there was a construction of a hydroelectronic dam with mountain on both sides.
On the eastern side , there used to be the villages , but it was then relocated to the river bank , adjacent to the electricity generations to make way for a new hotel.
