The maps illustrate the transformations of a small town after a hydrioelectric tower dam was built.
Overall, the town registered significant redevelopments, with the addition of new facilities and the elimination of many natural features.
Regarding the upper half of the town, in 1990, there was a river that ran from the north to the south. To the west of it, there were habitats for rare plants and animals, an ancient structure along with a forest at the northwestern corner. However, in 2010, with the hydroelectric power dam being built, the river was shorten half its original size and most of these features were all destroyed to make space for the lake, except for the forest, which was converted to mountains. To the east of the new lake, the initial irrigated farmlands and villages were replaced by a new hotel.
Towards the remaining area of the town, to the west of the river, in place of the mountains in 1990, six electricity generators were constructed in 2010. Furthermore, at the other side of the river, there were two more generators and the villages to the south of them, which were relocated from the old position in 1990.
