The map illustrates changes that ouccered in an area between 1980 to 2000 following a construction of a hudroelectric dam.
Overall, the area went significant changes after the construction of the hydroelectric dam. It resulted in a formation of a lake in the middle of the map and the disappearance of many historical and natural places and some new facillities related to tourism and electricity production.
In 1980 , a river ran through the map in the middle from north to south . On the western side of the river there was a forest and some historical structures with some rare plants besides them. Furthermore , on the eastern side of the river , there were irrigated farmland and a village nearby.
By 2000 , the area goes through significant changes which includes the formation of dam which results in creation of a lake covering all natural and historical structures ,like farmland , historical structures ,rare plants and the forest. In addition the village is converted into a hotel for tourism as fishing is done at the lake. Further more some electricity infrastructure is made infront of the dam on the south of the map some towers are installed.
