Overall, the most significant modifications have taken place in territory and roads, with alteration in the allocation of space and buildings, making it rather contemprory.
From 1962 to 1985, the Meadowside area had covered a more space, according a superstore, a leisure complex and a housing estate place, while a domain of Fonton was just increased into the distance. Additionaly, a new road was located to nearest town in 1985.
Taking into account a last layout of the present time, both territories were interconnected in a big region, and moreover, a hotel, a station and a business park have been built in the center of the area. It is evident that from the station was added a new railway in the direction to Fonton.
