By 1985, the districts of both had expanded, and the road situation improved, leading to the appearance of a road between these areas and a road built for Meadowside Village. Additionally, near the road in the village, a housing estate and a supermarket were constructed.
Regarding the present time, these two areas have been combined, and some facilities have been added to them, such as a hotel, a station, and a business park that appeared in the center of the new city, next to the connecting road.
