The maps demonstrate the development of the Meadowside village and Fonton, which is a nearby town, starting from 1962 until nowadays.
Overall, both Meadowside village and Fonton were enlarged in size and finally merged together. The infrastructure experienced a development including the building of roads, hotel, and supermarkets.
In 1962, Meadowside and Fonton were located separately from each other and were small in size. Fonton, located to the east of Meadowside contained only road which passed through the town to the west. Otherwise, Meadowside village had only small road from west to the the north.
By 1985, both town and village were enlarged in size. The small road in Meadowside village were transformed into a main road, which was extended in order to connect two towns. Although, there are housing estate and superstome market near to the west of the village, while louser complex placed at the east side.
Nowadays, both Meadowside and Fonton were joined together and called Meadowside suburbs. The railway which starts from the east of the Fondon was extended to reach station, placed at the center between the village and town. Also, there is a hotel at the center to the north and park at the south side.
