The three maps illustrate how Meadowside village and neighbouring town Fonton have developed from 1962 to current days.
Overall, both Fonton and Meadowside village increased in size over the years until they eventually merged together, at which point when Meadowside became a suburb. Moreover, there have been significant changes in infrastructure and entertainment facilities.
In 1962, there was not any connecting railways of two lands. While Meadowside village had a road running from west to north, Fonton had a railway going to east side.
By 1985, both of them dramatically increased in size. The road from west to east connected two lands. Furthermore, Meadowside’s infrastructure developed notably. Leisure complex, housing estate and superstore had constructed.
Nowadays, Meadowside becomes a suburb and has connected with Fonton. At the center of connected land, hotel and station, which has a railway going to east, have been constructed. At the south side of the land, business park takes a place.
