Firstly,there are 2 avenues surrounding from North and South of town named North Avenue and Victoria Avenue.Below the North avenue there are 2 seperate car parks situated on both corners of the town,then there is also a cinema between these car parks.Moreover on the Victoria avenue site there are an exhibition structure,offices of council and a town hall located in order.Furthermore,on south east corner of the town there are public facilities like shopping center and a library,

In contrast,in the redesigned scheme,government plans to switch the car parks on North avenue with cafe and hotel.Together with that,the council offices will be relocated with exhibition center.Moreover, while the exhibition center will shrink,library is planned to expand and switch places.Lastly, although there are huge changes made on town center cinema and shopping center remained untouched.
