In the initial map, the northern section was dominated by a university, while some green woods was located in the northeastern, and was next to this university. Moreover, a train station was in the northwestern area of the map, and the southwest part was surrounded by a line of old market. Besides, a port was in the middle of the south of the map.
At present, a residential hall has been constructed on the northwestern side of the plan, and it is next to the former university. Where there used to be the green space, there is now a new shopping centre.
