It is quite evident that the Shelby village was reconstruction and converted into the residential area. However, the main change done in this village is that all sides of fields were converted into the apartments, resorts, and the departmental stores. Moreover, path was turn into the concrete road.

It is clearly seen from the maps that in 1970, Shelby village had huge forest area in north-west and north-east side. Also it had so many fields surrounding the areas and on a left side it had houses. The path was starting from the north side. Furthermore, after two decades the field area gets decreased and also on north-west side forest was decreased and in that area resorts were constructed. The 4 apartment were built on a south-east side of area. Also the, half of the path remain unchanged and other converted into the concrete road.

However, in 2010, on north side the concrete road were made and it divided into the four ways. Also, the field area was totally disappeared. Moreover, on south-west side they constructed a departmental store and on upper side it had only three houses, whereas, on the opposite side of it new housing were made on the upper side of the apartment. Furthermore, in north-west side new office were made which is attached to the road and on the other side forest area was completely destroyed and resort were constructed.
