The given maps show the development of a village called Ryehath between 1990 and 2015 a period of 25 years. There are many changes that took place during this time.
Firstly, the forest that was available to the west side of the village was completely destroyed and is utilized to build houses. Adding to that a road is dividing in between the housing which is called cliffroad. Secondly, there is a bridge that is built over the river connecting two different road that were constructed in the past. Thirdly, in southern part where there were farmlands in 1990 has now become houses and parking yard. Just besides the housing there is post office and a supermarket which was not available in 1990. The windmill and police station remained in the same place.
Finally, just above the police station there was a farmland in 1990 which is now turned into a cafe and petrol pump. The school and garden remained the same but, a new building for college has been built close to the primary school.
