To the north of the school, there is a row of trees nowadays but it will soon be cut down to make room for the lab and office with just a few trees left surrounded. Similarly, the trees on the Southwest will also be demolished and replaced by a parking area for the staffs working in the university. There is a notably alteration will be made to the drama centre with the introduction of the music centre in the future.
Turning to the remaining features, the university decides to upgrade the teaching building and the lecture room from two single-floor buildings to two-story buildings, respectively. Moreover, the IT centre near the lecture room on the Southeast side of the college will be enlarged.
