Overall, this area is predicted to undergo complete transformations with the addition and extension of various educational facilities as well as some minor changes in transportation infrastructures.
Currently, there is a Central library in the centre of the area and a drama centre located next to it. However, this centre is expected to be converted into a music centre while the library remains unchanged. To the west of the central library, there is a road which is forecast to undergo no change in the future.
On the northern side of the map, there is a wide range of trees which then be reduced for the construction of the lab and the office. Indoor sports hall is situated to the northeast of the map and this space is expected to remain unchanged. To the south of the projection, a teaching building and a lecture room are being upgraded from single-floor premises to two-story ones, and an IT centre is being expanded significantly, catering for the increase in the number of students. Additionally, the woodland to the southwest of the map will be cleared to make for a new car park for staff.
