The maps illustrate the transformation that took place in Martin’s Farm from 2014 to the present day.
Overall, Martin’s Farm has experienced rapid development and the construction of additional structures. Particularly, this zone only produced sugarcane and plum gardens in 2014, while the farm has now been developed into a commercial area with many sectors.
As can be seen in the first map, the westernmost tip of the farm is full of sugar cane. In the center of the farm was a barn to store products after collection, which was connected to a pool on the left side in 2014. At the entrance, the main road was split into several branches, leading to farm vehicles positioned above the sugarcane plantation to the northwest. Besides, the paddock is situated close to the plum orchard in the east-north.
Up until now, Martin’s Farm has undergone significant enhancements. The sugar cane plantation has been replaced by the plum orchard, resulting in the site being a commercial plum production site. To tackle the number of plums, the farm has been demolished the pool in the west and constructed a processing plant and water tank in the field. Additionally, the southern empty area has been transformed into warehouses and was connected to the car park, as well as the replacement of the plum garden with a truck park. In the west-north, the farm vehicles have been relocated in the orchard and an office has been expanded.
