Overall, the proposed plan indicates that the building will be expanded to create larger working offices, while some existing parts will be demolished. However, certain areas will remain unchanged.
At present, the office rooms located at the bottom of the map are relatively small. In the future plan, these will be expanded, with four small offices being converted into two larger ones, separated by an entrance hall. Moreover, the kitchen and canteen situated at the top of the current layout will be transformed into additional office spaces. Meanwhile, the storeroom to the left of the canteen is expected to remain in the same position.
In addition, the current WCs, located below the storeroom, will be relocated to the top right of the building, occupying part of the existing grass area. Another notable change is the reduction of outdoor green space. For instance, the grass area on the right side will be replaced by a coffee machine and a meeting area with seating. Similarly, the grass area on the left will also be converted into an outdoor seating area with chairs. However, the entrance hall leading to the left-side grass area will remain unchanged.
