The maps illustrate the difference in the design of an office building at present and the proposed layout after redevelopment.

It is observed that kitchen and canteen will be replaced by offices, while grass will be removed for the construction of outdoor seating area. Besides, a meeting area and a coffee machine will be erected.

Turning to the north, new offices are planned to replace kitchen and canteen, whilst storeroom underwent no relocation nor structural changes. Besides, grass may be cleared in the future for the construction of outdoor seating area and coffee machine. Also, the WC will be relocated to the top-right corner, leaving more free area.
