The two map demonstrate am industrial area will undergo alterations to become a residential area in coming years.
Overall it is clear that the industrial area will become much more residential area in the future.
First of all, Main road which arounds the area won’t change on the give period. And the building located on the west side of the area isn’t planned for demolishing, it will just expand and convert to 3 and 4 bedroom houses. Like this, the building located the East side of the area won’t undergo any changes but will be extended and converted to Apartment with the Parking area.
Secondly, the two object located ont hte North and the South side of the area, Entrance with Reception and Offices with Canteen will be destroyed and builded a new residential building and Parking garages, respectively. A new building which will be build on the North will consist of three 2 bedroom houses with Communal gardens.
