Industrial site has been enormous changes for accommodating the demand. The construction of numerous new bedroom houses, gardens, parking and apartments is one of the main projects that are planned for the industrial lot. These changes will eventually lead to convenience.
People may currently view the reception when they enter the entrance from the north of industrial site. The middle of the industrial site has a yard. Six offices and a canteen are located at south of the industrial site. There are packing and storage area on the west side next to the offices and canteen. There are four roads such as Chimney Road, Pie Walk, Toe Lane and Swallow Street, surrounding the industrial area. In the place of existing factory, parking area and apartments are anticipated to be built on the east wings of development plan. It’s scheduled for entrance and reception demolition in the future to provide room for six bedroom houses. The future calls for converting packing and storage into seven bedroom houses. Six offices and a canteen will taken down to make room for parking garages. The yard is anticipated to provide room for communal gardens. Three additional private roads, linking the east and west wings and the centre area are also scheduled to be paved. The surrounding roads, Chimney Road, Pie Walk, Swallow Street and Toe Lane, are all expected to stay the same.
