The map shows proposed plans for an industrial area to change into a residential one in the future. Overall, the area will undergo a series of buildings and renovations, becoming much more residential and leafier. These developments will include five houses, apartments, and communal gardens for the inhabitants. It is also clear that all the facilities will be altered completely except for the factory.
The area is now a completely industrial zone. The entrance to the factory is on the far north side, facing the entrance and reception. To the right of them, packing and storage buildings are situated. Moving to the left, a big rectangular factory occupies much of the land available. Six offices and a canteen—equal to two offices in size—stand on the south side between the factory and storage building.
In the future, the area is going to undergo major developments, becoming a residential one. The entrance and reception will be demolished to make way for three 2-bedroom houses and the communal garden adjacent to them. The current packing and storage facilities will be turned into a 3-bedroom and a spacious 4-bedroom house. The place now features factories and is going to be apartments with a parking lot to the south. There will also be parking garages for the residents in the place where offices and canteen are located
