Currently, the industrial are surrounded by main road which increase the ability of transportation. Factory is located in the south-east of the map. On the left side of the factory, we can see six offices and a canteen. At the west part of the region, there are parking and storage places. These locations are close to the offices on the south side and to the entrance and reception on the north side.

In the proposed future residential layout, the focus shifts towards creating a community-friendly environment. Factory will turn into apartments and in its northern part, there will be a parking area. On the south part of the future plane, offices and canteen will replace with parking and garages. Three-bedroom houses and four-bedroom houses will establish instead of parking and storage. Finally, three blocks of two-bedroom houses and communal garden will build at the north part of the area.
