The maps illustrate the current appearance of an industrial area and the proposed transformation into a venue for housing. Overall, the area will be changed completely into a residential area, with user-friendly facilities, such as parking spaces. Additionally, communal gardens will be constructed for residents to use.
The current layout is surrounded by the main road on all sides; in addition, the entrance and the reception area are situated in the north. To the south of them, there is one building which consists of six offices and one canteen arranged in two rows, with the canteen located in the bottom-right corner. To the west, there are two buildings, with the former being a packing site and the latter being a storage facility. To the southeast, there is a factory.
Following the redevelopments, in the place of the entrance and the reception, three two-bedroom houses and communal gardens will be built, with communal gardens situated to the south of them. While in the east and the southeast, the factory will be replaced with a parking area and apartments, in the west, the packing area and the storage amenity will be converted into three-bedroom and four-bedroom houses. Similarly, a building with six offices and one canteen will be converted into parking garages for residents to use.
