The images illustrate the future projections of the layout of an industrial area. Overall, the comparison of both images indicates that the area is anticipated to go from a primarily industrial zone to a densely populated residential area, featuring many new amenities.
Currently, the area is mostly industrial, with a factory occupying the southeast and six office blocks with a joining canteen on the entire southern part of the map. Other facilities such as a pocking and a storage can be found in the west while an entrance and reception block are located on the northern side. The entrance and reception block, in turn, are accessed by a main road, which covers the whole area in a rectangular shape.
The area is planned to undergo a complete makeover to become a built-up residential area. The most striking change is likely to be the removal of the factory to make way for apartments with a joint parking area. The entrance and reception block are expected to give way for a row of three two-bedroom houses aligned west to east along with communal gardens, which will be semi-detached to them. The detached pocking and storage blocks are projected to be pulled down to accommodate three and four-bedroom attached houses. Moreover, to provide the residents with parking garages, the office blocks and canteen are planned to be eradicated. The road infrastructure, however, is not likely to be subject to change.
