Overall, lake side was significantly developed car parking, offices, university was build. While lake coverted into pond. Moreover, the size of woodland declined and build bigger industrial complex.
One noticeable feature is that, woodland covered almost northestern to southeastern part in 2000. However, southeasten part of woodland and residential area removed in 2009 and constructed larger industrial complex. In addition, the lake from woodland transformed into small pond in development. In northen part derelict warehouses converted into car park and residential area on the left end side remained same in 2009.
Moving further, at the centre resdidential area removed and new shopping centre was developed. Old town from 2000 was switched into offices and constructed new university. Below university school was preserved and art centre transfered into multi-screen cinema.
