Overall, various modifications and upgrades have been made to the site in place of natural features.
In 2009, industrial complex and residential area were located on the right of the river. To the northwest of the map, there were many facilities like two residential areas, arts centre, school, old town and derelict ware houses. The woodland which surrounded the lake expanded southeast region adjacent to the residential area in the bottom portion.
Moving onto 2009, residential area and the half lower of the woodland had been demolished to make room for massive industrial complex. On the left-hand side, whilst the shopping centre was replaced by a new residential area, the school behind it and the residential accommodation on the top right remained unchanged. Between the two living area which used to have Arts Centre had turned into multi-screen cinema. Behind the school, the old town and a small part of woodland was removed for a new offices and university, whilst the direct warehouse dwindled in the size and replaced by Car park
