Overall, lots of alternation will take place in the planned design in order to expand the building, with key changes including the removal of grass, the reorganization of office complexes, and the addition of new amenities.
Looking at the exterior of the building, it is visible that it will undergo a noticeable transformation. At the moment, there are two grass spaces surrounding the complex, the left one is predicted to be reconstructed into an outdoor seating area, with several chairs in the southwest. The other will be replaced by a meeting area, also consisting of some new amenities, with a coffee maker set up to the northeast and the WCs located right next to it. Notably, while the main entrance’s current location will be shifted from the right bottom side to the center of the complex, the remaining one will remain its present position in the future plan.
Regarding the interior structure, the building will witness a massive reconstruction of numerous facilities including kitchen, and canteen into two office rooms. However, the storeroom still stays in the left corner in the projected plan. In addition, the number of office blocks are projected to reduce from 4 to 2 rooms, with each one doubling its current size.
