The maps illustrates the appearance of an office building now, and its planned redevelopment in the future. Overall, four office rooms will be bigger and rearranged. This change will come at the expense of dining facilities. Also, grass area will go to make way for social spaces.
In the original facility, there are two entrances, one starts from at the south part of the building, second is located in flank of the grass which gives acces into it. At the west and east part there is a green area, extending along the entire length of the construction. Near the main entrance, offices stand, where next to the grass. At the opposite, canteen flanked by the kitchen and the storeroom beside it. Also, WCs is sited in front of the entrance.
In the proposed design, grass area and dining facilities will significantly vanished, in its place stands social facilities and offices to make the building more active. Then, the main entrance will be changed at expence of the two office rooms, also other offices will be expanded by its tripples in size, especially at the south part. Following the revolution, the new technique will come, called coffe mashine, which provide the workers with energy and WCs will be relocated adjacent to it. However, storeroom will not change during the development.
