In 1976, Bell Hill farm consisted of several agriculture facilities. The storage for machinery was located in north-west, while the Barn was situated in noth-east. Meanwhile, the farmland occupied the centre of the territory, with cow sheds situated to the east. Also, farmhouse was in the south corner of the area, while the empty space for keeping chicken was situated in the south-east corner.
By 2006, various significant changes had taken its place. The Farmland remained unaltered, while cow sheds and area used for keeping chicken transformed into Student housing, located to the east of the recreation area, which was previously a farmyard. The north-west corner was now occupied with the parking, meanwhile the barn was replaced with a Multimedia room.
