The line graph compares three different museums (British museum, Science museum, Natural History museum) in terms of numbers of their visitors in 2013 from June to September.
Looking at the overall pattern, the number of all museums experienced a rising trend. Of particular note is the trend of British museum, which increased significantly and did not give the lead in terms of visitor numbers over the period.
In July, the number of visitors of British museum hit the peak, reaching about 750 thousand which was 150 thousand more than in June. Although next month this rate dropped significantly to 500 thousand, it increased by about 150 thousand by the end of the period.
The number of visitors to Natural History museum, which had started at above 500 thousand, declined to just below 400 thousand in July. This rate remained stable until August, after which it increased steadily by approximately 80 thousand in September. As for British museum, it attracted 400 thousand visitors in the beginning of the period, and during subsequent two months this rate fell slowly to 300 thousand. At the end of the period it reached parity with that of Natural History museum.
