The average percent of households with video recorder and computer accounted for 75 and 50 percent in 2002. In 2020 these indicators have changed and made up 60% and 78% respectively.
However, the lowest indicators at cell phone and digital camera were 20 and 2 percent in 2002, indeed in 2020 the lowest performance at dishwasher and digital camera, which made up 55% and 40%.
Overall, it is clear from the data, that the percentage of households in New Zealand has increased over the years. The color tv became the most popular and the most unpopular digital camera.
