The first step is that tomatoes are picked and put into the baksets by the farmer and they are sorted in two groups according to their quality. Once the tomatoes have been sorted sufficiently, they are then sent to a factory. Next , stalk,seeds and skin are removed from the tomatomatoes, then tomatoes are placed into a container. Following this, the tomatoes are crushed and essential ingredients such as sugar, winegar and salt are added . After this stage, they are boiled and mixture is then left to rest for two hours.
The process continues with pouring ketchup into glass bottles, a labelling and quality control are checked before being packed and sent to supermarkets. The final step is that ketchups are ready to serve with hamburger and fries
