Overall, the process of making ketchup can be divided into 3 main stages. The first one is harvesting tomato crops , then ,the second one is preparation them using special methods and finally the process of providing the process on the market.
First of all, matured tomatoes are harvested by farmers and collected together in baskets. Then, all picked vegetables are separated from spoiled ones and once it is selected, the rest of good tomatoes are sent to the factory.
The next stage involves preparing the vegetables for further manufacturing processes, which requires removing the stalks and seeds from each tomato. After it is done, peeled tomatoes are put into containers and are crushed to make a liquid mass. Sugar , vinegar and salt are added into crushed tomatoes for improving taste qualities. After container with tomato juice is boiled, it should be left for two hours to cool down. The ready made substance is poured into bottles.
The final stage manifests itself in preparation bottles to be distributed. All bottles with made ketchup should be labelled and inspected through the quality control. After the products are checked , they are sent in boxes to supermarkets . Ultimately, ketchup is served and enjoed deliciously with food.
