Looking from an overall perspective, it is readily apparent that the highest amount of dance classes in Australia is private studios. However, almost in every type of dance, the majority are under 11.
The diagram reveals that 48% of locations for dance academies are private studios, which is the highest as compared to other classes/locations for dance. Classes in school halls after school is over is almost a quarter, and community halls & others are 18%. College-based studios are only 10%, which is the smallest of all.
The participants in Ballet dance type are 600 under 11 and 300 of teenagers. Learners of Tap dance are between 400 and 500 for both age groups. Additionally, under 11 and teenagers in Modern dance are 510 and 300, respectively.
