The two pie graphs illustrate information about the proportion of battery duration in gigawatts between 2015 and 2040.
It is noticeable that the total percentage of energy capacity doubles over a period of twenty-five years. Also, while the part of fossil fuels dramatically decreases, the figures of other renewables don’t have the huge changes.
In 2015, the largest part of data consisted of natural gases, at 64%. Alternative energy came as the second most widespread power endurance, that was under a quarter (23%). Nuclear and wind had approximately the same percentage, at 6% and 5%. The smallest amount of batter duration was solar, which composed just 2%.
By 2040, the proportion of minerals has a sharply drops from 64% to 44%. Fifth of details are renewable resources, at 21%. The part of hydroelectricity has a significant rise to 18%. Overall, the figures of wind power steeply rise from 5% to 12%.
