The charts compare five different methods used for utilization of unsafe waste products in the Republic of Korea, Sweden, and the United Kingdom.
According to the diagrams, in both Sweden and the UK, the most widely used method to manage waste products is underground, which represents 55% and 82% respectively. Meanwhile, in Korea, recycling is the most popular method of disposal, accounting for 69% of the total. Additionally, incineration is also adopted in all of the given countries, accounting for 20% in Sweden, which is only 5% lower than the recycling proportion, 9% in Korea, and merely 2% in the UK.
In contrast, chemical treatment and discarding at sea are the least common methods of utilization, which share equal proportions and host to 16% of the total disposal in the UK.
Overall, the most widely used methods to deal with dangerous waste products are underground and recycling, while the least popular methods and chemical treatment and incineration, which are used solely in the UK among the countries.
