The pie charts illustrate the contrast in the use of various energy resources in two countries: France and Germany.
Overall,other energy sources recorded the lowest percentages in both countries.. Gas and solar were the highest proportions of types of energy producing in France and Germany, respectively. The difference between the proportions of forms of power producing was not significant.
Looking first at three types of energy made up the most percentages in France and Germany. In France, solar ranked first with 30%, while in Germany, Gas took a lead with 28%. Gas and nuclear each accounted for 25% in France , which was the same as solar in Germany. All of three types of power production shared the second posision.
Regarding to remaining energy, the proportions of energy from petrol power in France were equal to that of coal in Germany, at 10%. In addition, the percentages of coal in France was twice as high as that from petrol power in Germany (14% compared to 7%). the proportion of other energy was not remarkable with 3% in France and 5% in Germany.
