The pie charts compare the highest educational attainment among individuals over the age of 21 in two different countries. Overall, secondary school and vocational school represented the largest shares among two nations, while the percentage of people with no schooling was the same. Notably, there was a significant difference between Country A and Country B in the proportion of university graduates.
In Country A, secondary school recorded the highest educational attainment among those who were over 21, accounting for more than two fifth. Twice as many individuals who completed vocational or technical school achieved advanced educational qualifications as primary school graduates did, making up 30% and 15%, in that order. This was followed by university and no schooling, with identical figures of 5% each, showing the smallest shares.
As for Country B, secondary school was leading individual’s academic attaintments, which was higher five persentage point than vocational or technical school graduates, with 35% for the former and 30% for the latter. In terms of advanced education beyond university, there a noticeable margin between Country A and Country B – a twenty-percentage-point difference, at 5% and 25% apiece. Both primary school and no schooling accounted for 5% each.
