Overall, it is clear that modern dance in 1985 was the most popular choice, however this course has been substituted by IT courses nowadays. Furthermore, local history and music appreciation no longer exist for enrollment in this year.
Firstly, we can see from both years, fitness and dance have similarities at 22%. Meanwhile, in 1985, the numbers of students who joined modern languages accounted for a quarter of the total at 24% and continued to decline significantly to 17% this year. In the same situations, Art courses decreased from 17% to 15%. In contrast, there has been a 5% increase in enrollment in cookery, growing from 14% to 19%.
Even though IT programs did not appear in 1985, it has climbed to 27% and represents the largest amount chosen for courses. On the other hand, music appreciation and local history were chosen by a small number of students at 8% and 15% but no longer operating in this year.
