Overall, each county’s biggest source of electricity was different. The only source of electricity of these countries that did not have the biggest proportion of the pie chart was solar and wind.
Both countries X and Z had one source of electricity that occupied the majority of its pie charts. Country X’s biggest source of electricity was Coal, with 60 percent, and other sources like gas, hydro and solar and wind occupying 20%, 12% and 8%, respectively. On the other hand, the main source of country Z came from hydro, which accounted for 55 percent of its pie chart. Remaining electricity came from solar and wind, accounting for 25 percent, and gas, accounting for 15 percent. Opposite to country X, the smallest source of electricity for country Z was coal, with only 5 percent.
Contrary to other countries, country Y had two sources of electricity that occupied majority of its pie chart. One of them being gas with 40 percent and other one being solar and wind occupying 30 percent of the pie. Other sources were coal and hydro, sharing 18% and 12%, respectively.
