The pie graph illustrates variations in citizens who live in Germany and Nigeria cities (urban areas) that read the news in the first place in a normal week. Overall, it is immediately apparent that despite some differences television and newspaper are the most popular way to find out the news, whereas radio, Internet and other sources are less common.

Similarly, reading newspaper is the most common way to access the news throughout German, which is around 45%, but in Nigeria is just below a fifth in total percentage.
In stark contrast, there are 10% and 12% of people access the news by listen to the radio in German and Nigeria respectively. Next, slightly over one tenth, Germanys find out the news through the Internet, but only 1% use this way in Nigeria. Finally, only 4% of Germany read the news from other sources, and virtually none of Nigerian find out the news from friends and family.
